What is ChoLESSterol?

ChoLESSterol™ is a disease awareness programme that has been developed by Pfizer - the world's largest pharmaceutical company. The aim of the programme is to educate people in the UK about cholesterol and the health problems associated with raised cholesterol.

This website has been produced to provide further information about this important health issue for those people at greatest risk. While many people would benefit from managing their cholesterol level, this is especially important if you have heart disease (for example - if you have already had a heart attack).

In the free ChoLESSterol booklet you will find further information about cholesterol and managing your cholesterol levels.

It is also important that people with high blood pressure and/or diabetes manage their cholesterol level.
