What is ChoLESSterol?
ChoLESSterol™ is a disease awareness programme that has been developed by Pfizer - the world's largest pharmaceutical company.The aim of the programme is to educate people in the UK about cholesterol and the health problems associated with raised cholesterol.
This website has been produced to provide further information about this important health issue for people who have already been diagnosed with high blood pressure. While many people would benefit from managing their cholesterol levels, this is especially important for people with high blood pressure as both cholesterol and blood pressure are important, independent risk factors for developing heart disease and stroke.
